Highlights

  • $75K + Super + team bonuses + annual reviews.
  • Permanent full-time position. Monday-Friday. 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities 
  • Create a seamless end-to-end post-sales process including the scheduling and coordination of products for national delivery and install.
  • Liaising with service technicians/contractors/customers for installation scheduling. i.e. dates/times.
  • Creating and sending invoices for new sales orders.
  • Oversee stock allocation and transferring stock, booking freight for dispatch and delivery.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders re: general enquiries.
  • Provide general follow-up and after sales support.
  • Update and maintain accurate information with company databases.
  • Provide a great customer service experience in providing outstanding product knowledge and assistance.
  • Effectively manage all the important stuff in the post-sale logistics process to ensure a seamless experience for the end customer. 
About You  
  • A genuine interest in living a healthy lifestyle is a MUST! Preferably non-smoker/vaper.
  • Experience in a similar role dealing with scheduling & coordination.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Passion for creating a remarkable customer experience.
  • Great initiative and attitude.
  • Great IT skills. Hubspot and/or NetSuite experience highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated to work autonomously.
  • Able to problem solve and think outside the box.
