Delivery Lead- Digital

Once in a career opportunity to shape the future of banking Long term contract – work flexibly from home and our head offices in Qld or SAAbout the role This is a pivotal leadership role where you will lead cross functional teams to deliver exceptional new banking services, products and applications for our members. Your role as a communicator will see you successfully develop and manage relationships with stakeholders whilst managing inter-dependencies both within your project team and across the wider integration program. Specifically, this will include: Day to day management of the Design vertical within the Digital Banking Platform delivery including Product, UX/CX, Business Analysis & Change tasks Partnering with Project Managers to translate project schedules into broken down deliverables Leading the tracking, planning, management and progress of tasks Contributing to progress reporting of the design vertical tasks and storiesCommunicating and resolving challenges to deliveryFacilitating delivery team cadence to enable transparency of work About you To be considered, you will have: Experience with digital delivery including engagement with and management of industry partnersProven experience operating across multiple project delivery methodologies including waterfall and agileWorking knowledge of SDLC and application of this to a delivery lifecycleDemonstrated experience in working and managing dependencies in a complex program including cross-program squad engagement.Demonstrated track record of successful delivery outcomes.Who are we?
