Responsibilities:- Delivering exceptional guest experience by providing high quality food with adaptive menu
- Provide and maintain the safe, happy and productive work environment
- Training juniors
- Uphold health and safety compliances
- Qualifications in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum 3 to 4 years kitchen experience (hotel background is preferred)
- Strong on grills, pans and steak
- Resides in Western Australia
- Have full Australian working rights (company sponsor is not provided)
- Have RSA and Food Hygiene Certificate
- Great communications and interpersonal skills
