The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. We have 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct, it is the first accommodation and event space to be developed in this precinct.
Novotel Brisbane Airport is currently seeking a Demi Chef to join the professional and dynamic kitchen team, reporting to the Senior Chef. You will be responsible for ensuring all food preparation tasks assigned to you are completed in an efficient manner and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensure all food orders and menu items are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Preparing high quality and presentation of food
- Undertaking of all kitchen duties, including cleaning of equipment, preparing service areas and cleaning of all areas
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene in the kitchen and food service areas
- A passion for preparing quality food to impress our guests
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards
