About the role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Demi and Chef de Parties, capable of delivering exceptional quality dishes for multiple outlets whilst working together with our service teams.
Demi Chef:
- Ensuring there are adequate levels for service;
- Cooking for a la carte, buffet, room service and functions;
- Assist other sections if they require help;
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment;
- Ensure all food orders and menu items are completed accurately, consistently and in an efficient manner
- Have a collaborative approach between front of house and the kitchen brigade
- Have trade qualifications Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
- Be flexible to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
Chef de Partie:
- Ensuring there are adequate levels for service;

- Have great communication skills & a positive attitude
- Have trade qualifications Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)

- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
