What you will need to be successful:
· Detailed knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand, products and customer expectations.
· Good knowledge or Warranty / Goodwill obligations.
· Understanding of Recall Act, Australian Customer Law, MVIS (Motor vehicle information sharing scheme)
· Knowledge and experience with Excel and can easily learn new systems including Pulse, VBS etc.
· Relative automotive CV trade and/or Engineering / degree or equivalent.
