About the positionPART TIME POSITION – Hours 3 - 4 days per week 0815-1636 (7.6hr shifts)An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Dental Assistant to join the Oral Health Services team at Seymour Health. Public Dental Services provide the opportunity for a Dental Assistant to be exposed to diverse range of complex dental work - take your skills to the next level! The Dental Assistant is responsible for stock and sterility of all instruments and, to provide high level chair-side nursing assistance.
For further information on the role, please refer to the Position Description attached. Ideally you will possess:Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting Australian Dental Association Dental Assistant certificate or their equivalent
Excellent customer service skills, plus good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in professional like minded environment Professional presentation Excellent time management skills and attention to detail with an excellent work ethic
High level knowledge of confidentiality and prioritising of conflicting work priorities
