AddressStudio Smiles is seeking an enthusiasticDental Receptionist / Dental Assistantto join us in Bayside, Highett (3190).
Both Part Time and Full Time opportunities available.
We are looking for an excellent communicator with superb people skills and the ability to focus on customer needs and help our patients on their journey to achieving a healthy and beautiful smile.
Weekends off. Competitive salary. Great Bayside Location.

Working Hours:
- Mon-Thu: 9am to 6pm
- Fri: 9am to 1pm
- NO Weekends!
Being cross-trained between dental assisting and reception, some of your duties will include:
- Working with patients in the practice on a daily basis to meet and exceed their needs and assist them with the next steps of their treatment
- Greeting patients, taking payments, and scheduling appointments
- Answering incoming enquiries - phone in's, emails, and social media messages to proactively identify patient concerns, build rapport, and empower patients
- General chairside nursing/assistance for a wide range of procedures
- Sterilization of equipment
- Providing outstanding customer service - we want to ‘wow’ our patients
- Being able to wear multiple hats in the practice and adapt to change quickly
- Maintain required data integrity and accuracy in the company's patient management software (Core Practice)
- Additional administrative duties may include receiving incoming deliveries, liaising with suppliers and sales reps and maintaining a tidy and organised front desk

We are a boutique clinic with all the most modern technology and facilities, ensuring we can provide our patients with an extensive range of services - from everyday dentistry through to Invisalign, dental implants, and smile makeovers.

- Experience in delivering amazing customer service
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent phone enquiry conversion skills
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
- An eagerness to learn and willing to undertake training and education
- An interest in the Medical field with a genuine passion for helping to create and deliver an amazing patient experience
- Dental knowledge and experience is an advantage but not compulsory
