What you’ll be doing:
👍 Providing patient care: You’ll assist the Orthodontist during orthodontic procedures, help educate our patients on proper oral hygiene and care related to their treatment, as well as ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for patients throughout their visit.
👍 Instrument Preparation: You’ll be sterilising and preparing dental instruments and equipment for orthodontic procedures as well as maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
👍 Administration Tasks and Records Management: You’ll help to keep up to date and accurate patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes, as well as provide some support on occasion to our wonderful administrative team.
What we need from you:
🦷 Previous experience in a dental clinic is essential.
🦷 Familiarity with orthodontic procedures and terminology is a plus.
🦷 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🦷 Ability to work collaboratively with our orthodontic team and interact effectively with patients.
🦷 You need to be detail-oriented and show strong attention to detail. In fact, you can prove this to us in your cover letter by answering “What needs to be broken before you can use it?”
