THE DEPARTMENT
Digital Health is responsible for enabling clinical staff to deliver timely, quality care to our patients and carers through innovative use of information technologies, and through strategic management of information and data across the organisation.
The division encompasses all aspects of:
- Information technology procurement, delivery, security and support.
- Electronic Medical Record design, development and support, including the electronic Timely Quality Care Program
- General applications support
- Data Governance and Security
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Change Lead is responsible for leading end to end change management outcomes utilising our Change Delivery Framework, tools and templates as part of enabling change capability. This role will work closely with the Transformation team, dedicated program/projects, SME’s, process owners and the business (clinical program stakeholders) to engage, co-design future ways of working and measure change adoption and capability.
The Senior Change Lead will play a key role in supporting the Manager, Change Enablement-Transformation and team with the delivery and transition of new strategic transformation programs and projects. This role works to support success in maximising user adoption by planning and preparing employee readiness, behavioural change and the necessary skills to embrace new and improved ways of working.
This role will have ownership and creativity on how to develop and deliver data driven updates, ideation, workshops, pulse checks and related stakeholder engagement interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven experience working as a Change Manager/Lead, Senior Change Analyst (or similar) on projects, within a team and, or transformation programs, in a complex matrix environment organisation to drive operational adoption.
- Experience in end-to-end change application from initiation through to adoption and usage on a project integrated with change management activities.
- Practical skills across change delivery, data analysis, reporting and adoption via relevant metrics.
- An enthusiastic appetite for relevant industry leading trends and new change technologies, understanding how they will impact others, business and service models.
- Team contributor with a strong work ethic, who demonstrates enthusiasm for the mission of the team, fostering a strong ethos of team development, collaboration and continuous improvements.
- Committed to personal development, a thirst for learning and self-improvement. Be open and receptive to feedback and apply reflective practice to improve professional development.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced changing Agile environment, knowing when and how to pace the change within context of the environment and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to work closely with their manager to provide ideas, opportunities to co-design change enablement across the organisation.
