AddressWe are a busy dental practice located in Hamilton and are now looking for a star Dental Assistant.
We need someone who has a heart for patient service and an eye for detail, ensuring all dental assisting protocols are followed.
We are looking for a team member who exudes a friendly and approachable personality, who has a great attitude and is eager to learn what it takes to deliver a ‘5 star customer experience’. We aim to make every patient feel special every time they interact with our practice.
To make a great first impression with our patients and your colleagues, you’ll need to be immaculately presentable, professional, and prompt.
You will be part of a team, where people are valued for their work and contribution to the practice. A friendly and approachable manner with a ‘can do attitude’ for each task and a unified approach to teamwork is essential.
You must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment where professional development is a focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during dental procedures.
- Perform instrument sterilization to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Reception duties to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in patient care.
- Contribute to the positive and friendly atmosphere of the practice.
- Play a vital role in the ongoing growth of Brown Street Dental.
Qualifications:
- No formal qualifications are necessary, on the job training will be provided. However, experience as a Dental Assistant will be highly regarded.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
- Motivated and eager to learn in the dental industry
