Dental Practice Manager/Administration
Casey Dentists is looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to lead our amazing and passionate team of skilled Clinicians and advancing Dental Assistants. Description
This highly motivated and positive individual will oversee the daily operations of the Practice by managing employee & patient relations as well as achieving operational goals. They will also be responsible for monthly profit & loss, managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, and various operation expenses. Additional responsibilities include stimulating new patient growth by supporting sales, social media, marketing & promotional programs. Administrative tasks such as financial report review, staff payroll, accounts receivable reports and invoice processing are a part of operational responsibilities.
Key Tasks

• Coordinate Rosters
• Manage Practice Human Resources.
• Completes administrative tasks, such as staff payroll, accounts receivable reports and invoice processing correctly & within deadlines.
• Recruits, hires, and develops teams to be capable of providing the best patient care.
• Oversee marketing plans and activities, increases new patient growth by supporting sales, social media, marketing & promotional programs.
• Conduct staff performances and reviews.
• Oversee Practice financials.
• Oversee management of debtors.
• Oversee patient records to ensure accuracy and compliance with privacy and security regulations.
• Oversee referrals to other medical specialists.
• Manage and oversee Practice processes, policies, and procedures.
• Review monthly financial documents with a view to presenting KPI’s, Profit & loss in weekly meeting with Owner/Principal dentist.
• Manage recruitment of key personnel.
• Conduct morning huddles, weekly staff meetings & staff training program every 6 weeks.
• Directly Supervises front office receptionists, back-office administration, Treatment Coordinator and Clinical team to proactively manage their performance and development including but not limited to performance feedback, appraisals, and corrective actions.
• Maintains facilities maintenance and equipment cleanliness and safety.
• Reports and corrects hazards when necessary, in compliance with all state regulations.
• Responds to employee grievances, complaints, and inquiries and seeks assistance when necessary.
Requirements:

• Experience in Dental practice management /Operation Management (preferred)
• Capable of addressing and mitigating needs and concerns of staff and patients.
• Proven history of achieving results; Sets goals and actively motivates others to achieve and develop.
• Is a clear communicator to staff and Dentists in positive or negative situations, both verbally and in writing.
• Can interpret office financials and reacts according to opportunities.
• Continually works to improve supervisory skills, processes, and service.
