Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in Dental Practice management is essential.
- A positive attitude and an upbeat personality are a must.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in dental 4 windows software is required.
- Excellent communication skills and adept patient management.
- HR skills to maintain a harmonious and balanced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Understanding of practice financials, marketing, and budgeting.
Bonus Skills (Non-essential):
- Marketing expertise, including social media (support provided).
- Background in Dental Practice management degree or coursework.
The full-time position operates Monday to Friday, with the potential for a day off each week (no weekend work required). Further details will be furnished upon application.
