Armadale dental center is a two chair family owned and operated surgery providing quality dental care. We operate monday to saturdays ( 8.30 am to 5.30 pm ON week days and 8 am to 1 pm on Saturdays) and are situated close to bus and train transportation. we are strong patient centered approach and strive to do best by all the patients. We have OPG, Cerec, scanner, d4w management software.
Qualifications & experience
- Have 3 years of experience in practice management role
- Hold a qualification of dental assisting and reception role
- Sound knowledge and understanding of dental procedures
- Be a team player and excellent work ethic
- Ability to prioritize tasks and show initiative
Tasks & responsibilities
- Welcoming our patients and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared
- Management of the appointment books liaising with lab and submission of DVA, CBDS and GDHS bills UpToDate
- Practice reporting at the end of the day, week, month directly to the principal
- Management and recruiting of staff, roasters, minimizing overtime, leave and coverage
- Possess good organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Follow strong recall system
- Be willing to adapt to new tasks as required
- Assist dentist when required
