A normal day includes
- Greeting patients and checking them in upon arrival.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from patients.
- Maintaining patient records and updating information as needed.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and emailing.
- Communicating with dental staff to coordinate patient care and appointments.
- Providing excellent customer service to patients and addressing any concerns they may have.

You will need
