Your Role:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in establishing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries (both over the phone and in person), generating and confirming appointment bookings for our dentists as well as patient recalls, typing, completing payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Additionally, you will assist with sterilisation and occasionally perform dental assistant duties as needed.
The hours for the role are as follows:
- Tuesday 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Wednesday 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Thursday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Flexibility is available for a shorter day or two if needed.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Dental Assistant
- Experience working in the Dental Industry is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Warm and positive attitude and team-orientated approach.
- Computer savvy skills with excellent attention to detail.
