How you will make us smile:
- Previous dental experience will be highly regarded but not essential
- You have experience looking after customers on the phone and in person
- You are great at building rapport with both children and adults.
- You understand that first impressions count, so you have impeccable personal hygiene, appearance and are well groomed
Your day to day
- Book appointments for new and existing patients
- Set up financial contracts (payment plans paperwork)
- Work closely with fellow departments to ensure smooth communication and processes
- Complete administrative tasks with accuracy including financial contracts and chart entries
- Answer the phone and email enquiries
- Maintain and update manuals
- Report regularly to the Practice Management team and Principal Orthodontist
The finer details:
- 8:15 am until 5:30pm Monday - Friday with alternating Thursday and Fridays off
- Immediate start available
- Salary: negotiable depending on skills and experience.
