We are a Dental Paediatric Specialist and are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic professional Dental Receptionist to join our team.
The position will offer a permanent full-time position, Mon - Thurs (Three day weekend)
We are a state of the art quality oriented paedodontic practice providing the highest quality comprehensive care to our patients. We are in North Fremantle, our practice is a modern re-configured art gallery with exceptionally experienced staff and a highly established infrastructure.
The successful applicant will bring to the Practice the following attributes:

- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes.

- Experience in density administration is highly preferred but not essential to this role.
- Qualified DA an advantage
The role will involve:
- Greeting and interacting with patients face-to-face and over the phone
- Scheduling of recall patient appointments, confirming appointments
- Patient billing and processing of payments (including HICAPS)
- General administrative duties
- Banking
- Scanning
- Dental assisting when required
