Our specialist periodontal practice has 2 exciting full time job opportunities opening in Feb 2024. We are looking for both a receptionist and Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

Your skills and experience include:- Dental assistant/Dental Receptionist experience an advantage
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting an advantage
- Skilled at Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal, written and interpersonal
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
- Dental assisting with a range of clinicians (periodontist, hygienist and OHT)
- Maintaining a high level of infection control
- Sterilisation of instruments
- Reception and administrative duties
- Equipment maintenance
- Scheduling and managing the appointment book
- Effectively managing patient accounts/ invoicing including processing payments
- Communicating and explaining treatment plans to patients
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Attending to phone calls and emails
- Forming professional working relationships with team members and patients
