AddressWe are looking for an enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our practice. This position will provide you with an opportunity to gain skills in a small but highly motivated and friendly team environment.

Your responsibilities:
- Meet and greet patients warmly and professionally.
- Address patient and other health professional queries.
- Stocktake & ordering.
- Manage patient booking, follow-up, referrals and associated paperwork.
- Occasional chair-side assisting (training will be provided).
- Assist in sterilization and infection control.
- Arrange & track lab work.
- Re-stock the surgery.
- Nurturing patient relationships.
- Practice administration & reception duties.
- Participate in staff meetings.
- General maintenance and cleaning of the practice.
Your qualities:
- Ability to work individually & in a team.
- Capable of prioritizing your own work within established policies and procedures.
- Proficient in use of a computer.
- Possess good communication skills and must be fluent in English.
- Must be reliable, responsible and punctual with a friendly personality.
About you: Our practice seeks a highly motivated person to join us.
- Should be keen to learn new skills & adapt to the practice protocols.
- Experience as receptionist is preferred but not essential.
- Must be able to work Mondays (9am to 2pm), Wednesdays (9am to 2pm) & Fridays (9am to 2pm).
- Must have Australian citizenship or PR.
