Job title: Senior Dental Receptionist with a plan for further promotion.

Salary type: Hourly rate
Salary range: Will be in accordance with Health Professionals and Support services award and will be dependent on the applicant's skill and experience.
Experience: 6-12months in medical/ dental industry is preferred.
Visa status: Citizen or Permanent Resident

We provide all aspects of dentistry, including restorative dentistry, minor dental surgeries (implant and wisdom tooth extractions), orthodontics and paediatric dentistry.

- Managing patient enquiries and complaints
- Taking phone calls and making appointments

- Stock controls
- Team training
- Regular audits and quality assessments to maintain existing protocols are performed to a high standard.
- Infection control, clinical decontamination and sterilisation knowledge, and skills. On job training available
