About Us:
Due to our high growth we are seeking a Dental Receptionist/ Front Office Coordinator to join the Your Dentistree family. Our practice is committed to providing exceptional dental care and outstanding customer service. Our state-of-the-art facility and dedicated team strive to ensure every visit is an exceptional experience. No two days are the same: We are a Platinum provider for Invisalign and perform hundreds of smile makeovers and Implants – experience in these fields is advantageous, however not essential as training would be provided. We like to work hard and reward our team with regularly social activities.
Key Duties:
- Greeting patients on arrival
- Managing appointment books
- Answering phone enquiries
- Responding to general email enquiries and processing new referrals/records
- Supporting general administrative tasks– scanning documents, letters, mail, following up reports and results
- Supporting the PA team in managing Surgeon tasks, schedule, and appointment book
- Processing HICAPS claims and account management
- Liaising with patients and practitioners
What you need for this role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our valued patients with a positive attitude in a fast paced environment
- Be a team player who has a caring and friendly nature
- Multi-task and ability to prioritise tasks
- Eagerness to undertake further training
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the practice and eagerness to improve/accept feedback
- Reliable, mature and strong sense of responsibility
- Highly organised
- Well presented
- D4W software knowledge preferred
Remuneration is based on competence and experience which will be discussed at the interview.
