Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling using our dental practice management software.
- Handle patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist with the daily runnings of the clinic and the patient experience
- Process insurance claims and patient billing as necessary.
Content Creation:
- Develop creative content for our Social Media channels (Facebook and Instagram) to promote the dental practice.
- Write posts and articles related to dental health, treatments, and practice updates.
- Create engaging visual content including photos, videos, and infographics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on Social Media platforms.
Digital Marketing:
- Assist in the management of the practice's online presence and reputation.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on Social Media and content marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into content strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Social Media platforms and content management systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in graphic design or video editing.
- Familiarity with AHPRA dental regulations and patient confidentiality.
- Portfolio of previous content creation work (e.g., Social Media posts, blogs, videos).
