Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist throughout the practice as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist/front office coordinator in a dental setting
- Proficiency in dental software systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience and willingness to collaborate in enhancing the running of the practice based on knowledge of best practices and efficiency in front office tasks.
