Front Office Coordinator

We are a modern and professional dental practice in Toowoomba seeking a new team member to join us on a full time basis, across a 9 day fortnight with a rotating rostered day off.

Our ideal Front Office Coordinator will be friendly and professional, have excellent people skills, a professional appearance, and be highly organised. This position will suit someone who is keen to expand and improve the business and patient experience.

Your primary duties will include:

• Management of the appointment diary, referrals and recall systems;
• Confirming appointments, welcoming patients as they arrive for their appointment, managing patient records and taking payment and booking treatment plans;
• Preparing monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and cancellations;
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the reception area;
• Enforcing all cash-handling and credit procedures
