Your opportunity:
Provide general practitioner oral health services to both adult and paediatric patients in fixed and mobile facilities located in hospital, community and school environments by providing high quality oral health care.
To lead and coordinate oral health services provided by a particular oral health team.
Several Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) and Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable).
Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB). For further information regarding TB please visit Queensland Health website: Tuberculosis

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $182,094 p.a., comprising salary between $124,078 - $145,145 p.a. (f/t), or salary between $62.58 - $73.20 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%), Professional Development Allowance and Rural and Remote Allowance (10%) (DO1.1 - DO1.3) (Several Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f., and Permanent Part Time Positions, hours negotiable).
