We are looking for an experienced retail manager to join our Flagship location in Chadstone in our beautiful and elegant boutique. It is the opportunity for a premium or luxury manager to upskill in one of the most established luxury brands in the world. Our brand is known for their on trend, unique and versatile product and are looking for someone with a passion for trends to inspire their team and clients.
Responsibilities:
- You will work cohesively with the Boutique Manager and our team's Senior Management team, to lead your team and adhere to business standards.
- You will inspire and motivate your team to help them achieve their individual and team KPIS and budgets.
- You will lead from the front and build your own client base and keep regularly engaged to ensure they are being delivered a world class service.
- You will work with your team to adhere to visual standards of the business ensuring impeccable visual merchandising and cleanliness.
- You will have strong inventory management skills to ensure the store's stock is meeting with output for customers.
- Our brand requires previous retail management experience in a luxury or premium brand, minimum of 2 years.
- You will need to have a good understanding of clienteling and CRM management and be able to constantly motivate your team.
- You will have a calm, positive and engaging personality to add to a positive and supportive culture.
- You will have experience working with structured visual merchandising and completing syco counts.
