In this position, your responsibilities will cover a wide range of clinical services, such as resident care, ensuring adherence to the Aged Care Quality Standards, and providing mentorship to staff, including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Assistant in Nursing.

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Div 1
• Leadership experience in aged care
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Aged Care legislation and requirements
• Demonstrated ability in accreditation and ensuring compliance.
