About the opportunity:
As the Director of Nursing, you will hold a crucial position within the Children Young People and Families Service (CYPFS), reporting directly to the General Manager.
Your duties will encompass overseeing all nursing activities related to CYPFS, managing nursing education and identifying educational requirements, supervising clinical nurse consultants throughout the district, spearheading clinical portfolio management for eating disorders in HNEKids, strategically aligning efforts to meet nursing service KPIs, collaborating with managers to address nursing needs, promoting contemporary care models, and pinpointing areas for practice enhancement.

- You possess a comprehensive understanding and extensive experience in clinical governance, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in navigating its intricate frameworks and regulations.

Requirements:
- Licenced to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Appropriate Tertiary qualifications and significant management experience.
