SalaryBoronia Heights State School are accepting applications for a full time Deputy Principal working within the upper school, to commence from 15 April 2024 to 13 December 2024, unless otherwise determined.
Boronia Heights State School is a low socio economic school. There is significant trauma within the school community. The expectation is that the Deputy Principal will work with the school leadership team to achieve success for students of this school.

About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
- Uphold the Deputy Principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
