This is an exciting leadership opportunity for applicants demonstrating deep commitment to Catholic education, who actively participate in the faith life of their parish, and who have strong teaching experience, academic qualifications and leadership qualities.The Deputy Principal role is to provide general leadership in support of the Principal in the achievement of the acknowledged mission and goals of the school community and areas delegated by the Principal as designated in the Deputy’s duty statement. The Deputy Principal may act in place of the Principal during periods of Principal’s absence. The Deputy Principal's primary role is to assist the Principal in ensuring suitably qualified staff are sourced for the College and for the welfare, well-being and professional support of the College staff.We are seeking a faith inspired professional educator with vision, energy and a demonstrated commitment to the welfare of students.Key leadership qualities and capabilitiesTo exercise leadership in the holistic development of the young people within the College as part of the Leadership team.
