The role of Deputy Principal is a key member of the College’s Executive with responsibility for leading innovative, student-centred learning and teaching across the College. Together with the Principal, they are responsible for the leadership and effective administration of the College. This position requires critical thinking, a continual improvement mindset and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

- Exceptional communication skills and organisational abilities, essential for effective policy development, system management, and smooth college operations.
- Significant experience in educational leadership, including effective team management and implementation of school improvement strategies.
- Ability to lead professional learning initiatives and facilitate staff growth and development.
- Understanding of the regulatory requirements for both primary and secondary education, along with familiarity with contemporary pedagogical practices.
