Deputy Principal to Principal in 2025, the College is now seeking a
Deputy Principal. We anticipate you will already be a prominent educational leader keen to make a positive impact in Christian education.We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and capable educational leader who will provide outstanding support to the Principal and the vision and mission of the College and can effectively deputise for the Principal as required.You are an ideal candidate if you
- Are a practising Christian with a servant leadership focus and a living, active faith, outworked in their attendance and service at their local church
- Feel confidently able to promote the College's Christian ethos in all aspects of personal and College Life
- Hold suitable academic qualifications
- Hold current teacher registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
- Have significant and successful experience in teaching, leading and educational administration
- Have effective leadership experience, with evidence of excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Are able think strategically and act locally
- Have experience in successfully motivating others in the pursuit of excellence in education
- Feel confident to lead the spiritual development of staff, students and the wider community
- Have a proven capacity to work collegially with all levels of an educational environment
- Have a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in education
