Deputy Registrar

You will be expected to provide strong effective leadership to the Magistrates Court at Townsville. Further, assist to manage the daily operations (including the coordination of court proceedings) of the Magistrates Court registry and contribute to a culture of excellence in service delivery, innovation and continuous improvement.You will need to ensure compliance with all administrative systems including data integrity, as well as, processes and procedures by establishing and communicating clear objectives and guidelines, monitoring performance indicators, taking corrective action where required and reviewing procedures.Finally, build and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with judicial officers, courts' users, community groups and stakeholders to provide effective service delivery and support.For further information please see the Role Description.Job Ad Reference: QLD/545360/24Closing Date: Wednesday, 28 February 2024
