Access theTo drive and lead the team to develop effective, efficient, and quality administrative systems which ensure timely service delivery in accordance with the Strategic and Business Plans, including management priorities.Effective leadership and management of the Registration and Compliance team including strong knowledge around relevant legislation, policies, and delegated authority, ensuring adherence to ethical decision-making principles and standards.Positively contribute to a constructive and respectful workplace culture that encourages and promotes feedback, teamwork and improvement towards business goals and innovation.Assist the Director and Registrar with preparation of reports, Ministerial briefing notes and correspondence, Questions on Notice and General Briefing Notes required to report on matters relating to the day-to-day operations of the JP Branch and matters relating to the Justices of the Peace and Commissioner for Declarations Act 1991 and other relevant legislation.Exercise the powers and functions relevant to the role when applying the principles of the Information Privacy Act 2009 when obtaining and storing information and considering Applications for Requests for Information.Provide effective strategic support to the Director and Registrar regarding legislation amendments and budgetary requirements. Manage various projects, as well as the introduction and integration of technology where relevant.
