The Deputy Secretary, Procurement Reform and Banking will provide high levels of strategic and authoritative advice to the Secretary of NSW Treasury, Minister for Finance, Treasurer, Government Ministers, and Cabinet in respect to government procurement, the implementation of Government economic and social policy through procurement, and the crucial re-tendering of the Government's banking services contract, taking account of the whole-of-Government priorities and risks.
