About the role:
The Design & Delivery of Systems Training will play a key role to ensuring systems training initiatives meet strategic objectives by providing recommendations for the design, development, and execution of all systems training programs at WMQ. This role will focus on developing a sustainable Systems Training Framework and Plan to support the WMQ employee competency and capability requirements. This role will be responsible for coordinating the Design and training activities for a range of projects at Wesley Mission Qld, ensuring effective embedding of new systems, business processes and behaviours.
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role successfully developing, refining and delivering effective training packages to a multi-disciplinary and diverse group of individuals.
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to clearly articulate key messages and influence using written and verbal presentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop effective and productive working relationships
- Proven success and ability presenting to an audience, with a strong desire to refine your training and coaching skills to help others understand complex concepts in a simple, practical way.
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive in the course of work.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
- Clinical Experience
- Experience in using any of the following systems:
- Mirus Works
- AlayaCare
- Leecare
- SugarCRM
- Ci Anywhere or Techone
- Workday, and/or
- Altus
