As a Design Manager you will play an integral part in a multidisciplinary team, design managing a broad range of works on our Defence and Security portfolio including local Infrastructure projects in the Northern Territory; overseeing the design elements in the total project lifecycle.
Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life':
- Manage the design from scoping and feasibility through to concept detailed design to construction completion.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver multiple concurrent projects to client expectations, time frames, costs and specifications.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure we work together to meet our client's goals.
We know today's complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.

As well as experience in a similar engineering role we seek the following. Specifically
- Construction industry experience, across construction management, engineering, architectural, building, or other relevant areas.
- Previous Defence Industry engagement and knowledge.
- A relevant qualification would be strongly valued.
- Willingness to learn, grow and develop.
- The ability to apply for and receive an Australian Government Security Clearance.
