A top-tier Global IT Corporation is currently seeking x2 Desktop Support Engineers to join a dynamic team for one of its major key Partners.
Scope of work:
Perform remote or onsite troubleshooting on technical issues (PC or network related).
Perform hardware swap (PC/Laptop/Peripherals).
Able to prepare documentations (review/update based on technical findings).
Able to train and guide others (process and technical basics).
Punctual and able to work on various tasks (includes moving devices, boxes)
Skills and experience
Must have 3- 5 years of solid desktop support experience
Good experience with troubleshooting and be able to work along infrastructure team - related to imaging, packaging, Microsoft administration, networking
Previous experience working with a local government client is desirable
Excellent communication skills to engage with end customer and resolve their issues
Attention to detail, punctual
Must have full working rights
A recent Police check is a bonus
