Modern Workplace related project work working as part of a very efficient technology services desk and desktop support team.You are a customer focused , service delivery focused individual with solid understanding of
Modern Workplace software and hardware , familiar with ITIL principles and used to working to SLAs.In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years’ experience in End User Compute (EUC) level 1 and 2 - IT Service Desk and Desktop Support
- Experience with the Microsoft stack (Windows AD , Azure, Windows 10, Office 365 (O365) Teams, SharePoint, etc
- Experience with EUC hardware deployment and EUC software provisioning including handling SOEs
- Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and Autopilot (modern device management)
- Ability to participate in continuous improvement programs
- Experience in BAU support and project work .
