The Role
Your expertise in IT support will be essential in assisting clients in accurately and quickly locating practical IT solutions. Even though your exceptional technical proficiency is the foundation of your capacity to deliver ground-breaking solutions, customers will remember you for your persistent attention to addressing their needs and professional manner.
Your Skills & Experience
- Excellent understanding of (Windows 7, 8 and 10).
- Strong experience with Printers and various hardware.
- Brilliant knowledge of Microsoft Office Support and Office 365.
- Outstanding people skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- O365 and Azure AD experience necessary.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN Networking.
- Experience working with Intune is advantageous.
About you
You are a "people person" who genuinely enjoys helping others. You must be able to successfully guide non-IT users through challenging IT solutions. Although prior experience in a Level 1-2 role is preferable, exceptional technical understanding is required.
