Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Perth, WA. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, troubleshooting computer hardware, and maintaining computer systems. The role involves working with end-users to resolve technical issues and ensuring smooth operation of desktops and related equipment.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of desktop computers, computer hardware, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in providing technical support and printer support
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Relevant certifications in Desktop Support or related field (e.g., CompTIA A+)
- Ability to work on-site and handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment
- Experience with ITIL framework and best practices
- Relevant technical degree or diploma is a plus
