About you
You've been working in a professional services firm for 2 years or more, and perhaps you're looking for a new angle to your role. We need you to be a switched on, self-driven, energetic team player with a keen eye for detail and be willing to embrace challenges. You're going to be working with a lot of different people, so being friendly, outgoing and personable are high on our list of people we want to work with.
About the role
Reporting to our Wealth Management Principal, you will be working with a team of professional advisers and other adviser support team members.
This is a highly varied role, with the responsibility of providing an outstanding level of client and implementation support. The role will be challenging and demanding at times but you'll be rewarded in a myriad of ways including recognition, bonuses lunches, early marks. This is definitely a "people person" role for the ultimate multitasker, so having excellent time management skills is also necessary.
What we'd like you to do
- Preparation and implementation of client documentation
- Liaising with product providers
- Responding to client queries
- Manage workflow ongoing for a support team
- Xplan maintenance and updates
- Diary management for the Advisers
What we'd like you to have to be considered for this role
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a wealth management or professional services firm
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning (not essential, but advantageous)
- A high level of Xplan skills and experience a must
- A high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Be reliable and trustworthy, and take pride in what you do
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to work independently with limited supervision and work to specific deadlines
- The ability to work as part of a team in a diverse, fast-paced environment
