The Position
- Full-time permanent position. Monday - Friday 8AM to 4PM.
- Booking and arranging transport for regional and interstate deliveries
- Preparing consignment notes and other documentation
- Organising labels and documentation for external storage contractors
- Assisting sales representatives and other staff with their queries
- Administrative duties such as data entry, answering phones and emails
About you
- Australian citizenship or Permanent Resident status
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Experience in transport, shipping, warehousing, manufacturing or similar logistics role an advantage
- Confident liaising with a variety of people – including customers, transport/shipping companies and across teams/functions
- Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
- Computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Flexible to handle a changing workload and can think on your feet
