As a Development Chef at Meris, based in Nunawading, you will be pivotal in presenting innovative food concepts and demonstrating state-of-the-art equipment.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities include planning and delivering live presentations, assisting customers in developing food solutions, and enhancing client experiences with Meris Agency brands. You will act as a technical expert, collaborating with external partners to drive innovation and improve customer outcomes.
Additionally, you will contribute to thought leadership through understanding global trends in the food to go space. Utilisation with this knowledge coupled with local market and customer feedback towards the development of new products and end to end solutions for our clients.
Supporting the sales team through in house events, demonstrations and trade shows. You will be responsible for managing the development kitchen and showroom. Success in this role requires a creative, customer-focused individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, who can work both autonomously and as part of a team, and is willing to travel as needed.
