Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) is responsible for the management and delivery of large scale or complex real estate projects, transactions, workplace strategy, design and delivery, and manages the state's significant property portfolio. The experienced team use proven development and project management practices to deliver projects and transactions to meet Government objectives in accordance with Government policy.

About the role

The Commercial Development & Management team within PDNSW are seeking a Development Co-ordinator to support the development, management and delivering of commercial and workplace accommodation developments.

This role will provide a range of project management and support services to provide optimal project outcomes for a range of property types, allowing for factors including future of workplace, urban design, environmental, planning and heritage constraints, stakeholder and community interests and landscape challenges. Experience in construction management including GC21 Framework and procurement management and/or workplace delivery is beneficial.

You will perform research, due diligence and support strategy development by collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders to assist in making informed recommendations to your project lead.
