Job description

ABOUT MOSAIC

Mosaic Property Group is proud to be one of Queensland's most awarded and trusted property developers. Having seen significant growth over the last decade, we have successfully positioned ourselves as a leader within the high-end residential development space. This success is a result of our unique approach to the property process – a complete end-to-end research, design, construction, management and maintenance solution that ensures quality, service and certainty.

Life at Mosaic can be intense but incredibly rewarding, with a dynamic culture that nurtures personal growth and expands career opportunities. At the core of Mosaic is a team of exceptional, like-minded individuals chosen for their skill, ability to push convention boundaries, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Development Handover Coordinator to support our Customer Experience Manager in creating an exceptional customer experience through all customer touch points associated with handover of buyer’s properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liasing directly with purchasers and referral partners at different stages of the project life cycle and client journey with a particular focus on handover.
  • Drafting and sending formal purchaser communications.
  • Meeting with purchasers for pre-settlement inspections and liaising on settlement and handover queries e.g. design issues, defects etc.
  • Respond to client concerns and other interactions proactively and with a high level of autonomy.
  • Investigate and manage defect and design-related client concerns.
  • Recording client upgrades and variations, ensuring they are documented as required by internal teams and delivered on pre-settlement.
  • Assist with sourcing and administering client gifts or other customer experience items.
  • Administer and ensure the implementation of client experiences, including client inspections and other events.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience or interest in the property development industry.
  • Can work proactively and collaboratively in a high paced and demanding environment.
  • Can operate with initiative.
  • Can work autonomously with minimal guidance.
  • Can empathise and communicate effectively with different audiences.
  • Has strong customer service skills.
  • Is confident with Microsoft Office suite with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  • Is happy to travel to different properties around Southeast Queensland as required.

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU

At Mosaic, you can be assured of the support and hands-on experience required to achieve a long-term, prosperous career with an industry leader.

We’re committed to making sure our staff love coming to work each day, have the support to achieve their best and have the opportunity to put forward their ideas.

If you are passionate about being a part of a positive and thriving workplace culture, we invite you to apply! To apply, please submit your cover letter and resume through the ‘Apply Now’ button. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
