With projects in key growth areas of Victoria, this role will assist in delivering the business’ current portfolio in addition to developing new residential precincts.

- Project planning and feasibility assessments
- Oversee the projects, managing them from start to finish
- Planning, analysing and management of developments
- Manage timelines
- Project budgeting and financial management
- Follow up with consultants and suppliers
- Report into the Director
- Regular on-site visits
- Effectively manage permit approvals
- Work with internal departments
- Bachelor’s degree in property, civil engineering or other related discipline
- 2-5 + years experience as a Development Manager
- Coordination and management of consultants, authorities and other external stakeholders
- Ability to assist in the preparation, monitoring, and reporting on project budgets and timelines
