Development Manager

Woods & Co have partnered with a privately owned developer who has experienced an exceptional amount of success over the course of the last 23 years. They currently have a strong pipeline of work with a cutting-edge team allowing the business to continue their success in the current market.
  
With projects in key growth areas of Victoria, this role will assist in delivering the business’ current portfolio in addition to developing new residential precincts.

What do you do?

• Liaise and engage with external stakeholders and consultants
• Project planning and feasibility assessments
• Oversee the projects, managing them from start to finish
• Planning, analysing and management of developments
• Manage timelines
• Project budgeting and financial management
• Follow up with consultants and suppliers
• Report into the Director
• Regular on-site visits
• Effectively manage permit approvals
• Work with internal departments

What do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in property, civil engineering or other related discipline
• 2-5 + years experience as a Development Manager
• Coordination and management of consultants, authorities and other external stakeholders
• Ability to assist in the preparation, monitoring, and reporting on project budgets and timelines
