We are on the lookout for a Development Manager with a visionary mindset and a passion for creating sustainable, inclusive, and vibrant communities.
Your Role: Building the Blueprint for Tomorrow

As a Development Manager, you will steer the planning, development, and execution of groundbreaking land projects within a master planned communities’ portfolio. This role is your canvas to paint a future where lifestyle, sustainability, and community intertwine seamlessly. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals and stakeholders to turn strategic visions into living realities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Drive land development projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the creation and implementation of development strategies that align with market needs and company goals.
• Collaboration and Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to deliver projects that exceed expectations.
• Innovation and Sustainability: Champion innovative and sustainable development practices, setting new industry standards for community design and livability.
• Market Insight: Utilise your understanding of the property market to influence project development, ensuring relevance and appeal to target demographics.
• Financial Accountability: Manage project feasibilities including the planning, budget approvals and financial outcomes of allocated projects.
• Reporting: Preparation of reports and business plans to address project scope, budget and report on overall development strategy.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A dynamic individual with a degree in Urban Planning, Property Development, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least three to four years of experience in land development, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality master planned communities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A forward-thinker with a commitment to innovation in development.
