Due to growth we have an exciting new opportunity for a Development Professional (Assistant Development Manager) to join Stockland’s Apartments Business in NSW.

Reporting to the NSW Development Director this newly created role will Assist the team driving Stockland’s strategy relating to the growth in the Apartments, Mixed Use and Build to Rent sectors. This role will be based at our Sydney Head office on Castlereagh Street.
Key Responsibilities
Assist team in Apartment led, Mixed Use, New Business opportunities including detailed design and feasibility assessments
Support ongoing analysis of our existing pipeline to secure approvals and bring projects to market
Participate in our culture of cross-divisional collaboration is fostered to maximise overall profitability by leveraging Stockland’s mixed-use capabilities
Coordinate the monitoring of market and competitor activity
Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure support for future Project Vision(s)
Actively seek opportunities to support the Development team on a day-to-day basis with a range of adhoc tasks
About You
We are seeking experienced property graduates with experience working in the property industry looking to progress their career in Development.
You will have an understanding of the full development cycle
Commercial acumen, including site assessment and feasibility analysis
You are a team player and enjoy working collaboratively
You will be a self-starter and have a positive attitude towards learning and developing a long term career in property development.
